The Chili Diet
The Chili diet is very easy to follow, but, as with any diet, always consult with a physician first. As with any low carbohydrate it is Atkins friendly. (maybe also mention the blood type diet) Just pick the chilies on our menu indictated with an asterisk (*). These chilies are suitable for an Atkins diet. And, drink plenty of low carbohydrate fluids such as water, water with lemon, teas, or diet beverages.
